Does maintaining the pages include email addresses?

Yes, all web hosting products include a feature that allows you to create your own emails. Once the email accounts have been created, you can link the accounts to work in e.g. Outlook, ThunderBird or Google Gmail applications.

Can you do anything with VPS servers?

You can do almost anything on our virtual servers, as long as it complies with Finnish law and the activity is in no way related to the mining of any cryptocurrency.

I can't get my service to work, what do I do?

Where in the world are our server machines?

All products are maintained in Tietokettu's own server room in Lempäälä near Tampere. To our server room leads good traffic and train connections from all around Finland. We do not accept customers in our server room without a separate agreement.

I need help with choosing the service?

Running their easy to control panel does not require much user experience. VPS servers, on the other hand, are small virtual computers that can run absolutely anything. These are a smart option as long as you don't want to run several separate services at the same time. Dedicated servers, on the other hand, are products reserved for the customer, where the customer does not share power with other customers. In this case, the customer has much more power to use and is suitable for solutions where a lot of power is really desired. We do not recommend VPS servers or dedicated servers for beginners. If you still don't know which product is right for you, our customer service will consult you with them for free.
