We now support direct email replies. You can send a message directly to support@tietokettu.net, and the system will automatically create a ticket for your user. You will receive staff responses via email, and you can reply directly to the messages sent by the system.
NOTE: The system creates a ticket based on the email you send, so please make sure you are using the correct email address.
