With the new update, all abuse reports sent to the email address abuse@tietokettu.net will now be automatically forwarded to our customers. This means that as a customer, you will receive them immediately for review and can also resolve them under the Misuse tab. The system will also automatically suspend servers that have received abuse reports from verified and trusted sources, if the sender of the abuse report has been verified by us. This helps prevent major security issues and keeps everyone safe.
