We’ve added strong and secure YubiKey two-factor authentication (2FA) to our website.
You can easily enable physical YubiKey authentication in your client portal by following these steps:
- Go to the client portal and click your name in the top right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, open Security Settings.
- Select Two-Factor Authentication and click Enable.
- Choose Yubico and click Get Started.
- Click the field that says "Click Here & Activate Yubico Key" and press your YubiKey.
- Click Activate, and your 2FA is now enabled. Remember to save your Backup Code safely.
Your YubiKey 2FA is now active and ready to use securely.
