How to Sync Your cPanel Calendar with Outlook Calendar Easily!

 

1. Log in to cPanel:

2. Find and open "Email Accounts."

3. If you don’t have an email account yet, click "Create" on the right side. If you already have an email account, skip to step 5.

4. Create a username and password. Then click "Create" at the bottom.

5. Write down the desired email address.

6. Go back to the homepage. Find and open "Calendars and Contacts Configuration."

7. On this page, locate the section titled "Calendars and Contacts Configuration." Write down the "Server URL."

8. Next, you need to download CalDav Synchronizer for Outlook. You can download it from here!

Scroll down on the page until you find "Download" and click it.

9. Open your Downloads folder and find "OutlookCalDavSynchronizer-4.5.0.zip." Right-click on it and select "Extract All...".

 

10. Click "Extract" in the bottom-right corner.

11. Go to the extracted folder and open "setup.exe".

12. The installation wizard will open. Click "Next>" at the bottom.

13. When asked where to install, simply click "Next>" again.


14. Installation is complete. Click "Close" to exit the installation wizard.

15. Open Outlook and locate "Calendar" in the left panel. Click on it.

16. Next, click "CalDav Synchronizer" in the top menu of Outlook.

17. Click "Synchronization Profiles."

18. When a new window opens, click the "Add new profile" icon in the top left corner.

19. The program will ask which profile you want to use. Select "Generic CalDAV/CardDAV" at the top, then click "OK."

20. Now you need to specify which Outlook folder the add-on will use. Click the box with three dots.

21. Select "Calendar" and click "OK."

22. Next, enter the Server URL, Username (your email address), and Password you wrote down earlier in the appropriate fields (as shown in the image). Then click "Test or discover settings."

23. Click "OK".

24. If everything is set up correctly, you’ll see a message: "Connection test successful."

25. Click "OK"

26. Congratulations! You can now sync your cPanel calendar with your Outlook calendar.
