1. At first you need to login in to your cPanel account

2. Then scroll down, and when you see "-databases" part click "phpMyAdmin"

 

3. When you are in phpMyAdmin, click "Export" at the top bar.

4. Then choose your export method, you can either choose Quick export or Custom export. Then choose the format, there is plenty of formats you can choose.

5. If you want to choose an specific database to install, choose custom export and there is list of your databases, then click the one you want to export.

6. When you are ready, just click "Go" from the bottom left of the page.

Your database will download automatically to your computer.
