In this tutorial I will show you how to give a MYSQL account access to a database via cPanel.
1. First log in to cPanel.
2. Then scroll down, and when you see "-databases" part click "MySQL® Databases".
3. Select the user who will assign rights and to whom (database) and press Add
4. Select the rights that you grant or alternatively remove and click Make changes
