In this tutorial I will show you how to create a MySQL user via cPanel.
1. First log in to cPanel.
2. Then scroll down, and when you see "-databases" part click "MySQL® Databases".
3. Enter the name you want as the username.
4. Enter the password and confirm it again by typing.
5. And click Create User.
All done.
