Exporting email using outlook

Here's how to get your email as a file

 

 

 

Once you are logged in to outlook, and you see the home page, navigate to the top left corner where you will find the "file" section.

From there a new menu will open, here select "open & export" and next "import & export"

In the new view, select "export to a file" from the list, and press "next" at the bottom.

Select "outlook data file (.pst)", and then "next"

Select the folder you want to export, and press "next

Select the location you want the export to go to and name your export file, then press "finish" to complete the export
